Privacy policy

When you request a dumpster we collect your name, phone number, email address if you give one, the delivery address, the size and date you want, and whatever you tell us about the job. If you call, we keep a record of the call and what was arranged.

When you visit the site we collect standard technical information — pages viewed, approximate location from your IP address, browser and device type, and the site or ad that referred you.

When we rent to you, we keep an operational record of the rental itself: your name and phone number, the delivery address and its map coordinates, which container went there, the dates it was dropped and picked up, and the price. We keep these records to run deliveries and pickups, to bill correctly, and because waste haulers are required to keep records of where containers have been. They live in our own dispatch system, are visible only to our staff, and are never sold or shared for marketing.

We do not store card numbers. When online payment is available, card details go directly to our payment processor, which returns a token to us. We never see or hold the full card number.

To quote and schedule your rental, to route the truck, to invoice you, to keep records the state requires of waste haulers, and to contact you about the rental. We also use aggregate site data to understand which pages and which ads bring people here.

If you opt in to text updates, we use your number to send messages about your rental — delivery timing, pickup, and the scale ticket. We don't send marketing texts. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts doesn't affect your rental.

We use Google Analytics to understand site usage, and the Google Ads and Meta advertising pixels to measure whether an ad led to a call or a request. These set cookies and may allow those companies to recognize your device across sites.

You can block cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, and adjust ad personalization in your Google and Meta account settings.

Service providers that make the business run: our email provider, our payment processor, the disposal facilities that weigh and accept loads, and our analytics and advertising platforms. Each gets only what it needs. We do not sell personal information.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

Rental and invoice records are kept as long as tax, accounting and waste-hauling record rules require. Enquiries that don't become rentals are kept for two years, then deleted.

This site isn't directed at children and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

If this policy changes we'll update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
